Jocelyne Verret

Chief Translator

Jocelyne Verret is a long-time member of the Stroll of Poets, of which she has twice been elected President. She has had poetry, a novel (J’attendrai), children’s books for students of French Immersion and an adult play (Voulez-vous danser?) published. She also founded 4 Voix, 4 Voies, a women’s writing collective. She has taught French at the University of Alberta, has given several creative writing workshops and is presently working on a variety of projects as well as directing VERRET Enterprises Ltd., the translation company she incorporated in 1988.
